In the Zip extension, how do I remove ENTIRE folder structure

I'm trying to make a build template for our web projects.
Unfortunately, we have many projects in the solution, that simply holds class libraries, together with the web project itself. That means, that when it builds, it puts a _PublishedWebsites folder in the output directory, and in that folder it makes another folder, with the project's name.

When I zip this, I then get the following folder structure in my zip:
I don't want that, so I have added the _PublishedWebsites to RemoveRoot with the following value: (New DirectoryInfo(BinariesDirectory & "_PublishedWebsites")).FullName
So now my structure is .\Project.Name*.* but I want NO start folder.
So, I decided to try and take the first directory in _PublishedWebsites (which is my Project.Name) and add to the removeRoot.
(New DirectoryInfo(BinariesDirectory & "_PublishedWebsites")).GetDirectories().FirstOrDefault().FullName
This however, screws me over. It now removes NOTHING. I now have a folder structure that starts with the C:\Builds\ folder.

So, how do I get all folders above my actual files removed?
